2012年度学校工作计划
根据绵游教体局教育发展规划,结合我校实际,拟定2012年度工作计划。
2012年学校的总体要求是：
以科学发展观为统领，全面贯彻党的教育方针，规范办学行为，强化重建后学校管理，落实教育惠民，提高教育质量。
学校工作总体思路：
以安全稳定为前提，以质量+特色为中心，以师培增效为关键，以师德师风建设为核心，以实在管理、博爱塑魂为重点，创新实干，勇争一流。
2012年学校工作主要目标:
1、学校干净、整洁、有序。
2、教师博学多思，融爱于教。
3、学生身体要健壮活泼，学识要博大会用，心情要慈祥安定，与人要诚实善助。
4、教师要以饱满的热情、高度负责的使命感对待工作和每一次检查。各项工作争取出经验。
5、教学质量一流，并以爱路护路、科技教育为亮点，带动音、体、美等特色教育再上台阶。
6、确保教学质量综合评价一等奖及11大特色工作有突破。
2012年学校主要工作及措施是:
一、安全稳定是一切工作的基础
以发现不了问题为最大问题，发现问题不整改为最大隐患为安全工作思路，做到横向到边，纵向到底，不留死角，想到—眼到—嘴到—手到—脚到。
第一、落实安全信访稳定工作目标责任，和学生、学生家长和教师层层签定目标责任书。
第二、细化过程管理，打造平安校园。1、加强学校人防力量，提高学校技防水平，在条件许可的情况下安装电子防盗设备。2、有针对性的开展法制、安全教育，增强学生安全防范能力和自我保护意识，提高学生自救能力。
