贷款回访实施细则
总则
第一条 为切实加强信贷管理，建立良好的信息反馈处理机制，有效防范信贷风险，不断提高信贷服务质量，进一步巩固和拓展优质客户，维护农村信用社的良好社会形象，促进经营管理的健康持续发展，根据办事处《菏泽市农村信用社贷款回访暂行办法》，结合我区农村信用社实际，制定本细则。
第二条 联社设立信贷服务中心，具体负责辖内贷后跟踪回访等工作。
第三条 信贷服务中心挂靠贷款检查中心，信贷服务中
心按《菏泽市农村信用社贷款回访暂行办法》及本实施细则的规定要求行使贷款回访等职责，不受其他部门和个人的干预。
第四条 本办法所称贷款回访是指信贷服务中心人员
根据职责向贷户回访辖内信用社在贷款发放过程中是否合
规、有无违规违纪行为、服务态度、办事效率，工作作风，以及客户的意见建议、需求信息和满意度等情况。
第二章 岗位设置及职责
第五条 信贷服务中心设主任1人，具体负责信贷服务中心日常工作，并负责组织制定回访工作计划
