【摘 要】 目的：探讨氟桂利嗪联合血塞通在老年偏头痛治疗中的临床效果。方法：选取我院2017年12月-2018年11月收治的106例老年偏头痛患者为观察对象，将其随机分成两组，每组53例，观察组使用氟桂利嗪、血塞通联合给药治疗，对照组单用氟桂利嗪治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：经过治疗后两组患者的偏头痛症状均得到缓解，观察组治疗后VAS评分（±）分，发作次数（±）次/月，疼痛持续时间（±）h，%，联合给药对偏头痛的控制效果明显好于单纯给药;%，%，组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论：相较于单用氟桂利嗪，氟桂利嗪联合血塞通治疗老年偏头痛的疗效更佳。 【关键词】 氟桂利嗪;血塞通;老年偏头痛;疗效 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical effect of flunarizine combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of senile migraine. Methods: 106 elderly migraine patients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to November 2018 were randomly pided into two groups, 53 cases in each group.
