消防要求方面:
消防车道宽度应不小于4m, 现方案世茂路,；
根据《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》,高层建筑周围应设环行车道,当设环形车道有困难时,可沿两个长边设消防车道；尽端式消防车道应设18mx18m回车场地,该方案多幢建筑物仅单边或短边设消防车道,不满足规范要求；消防车的转弯半径为12m,商业地块内不满足要求；
应沿高层建筑的消防登高面设置登高场地(一般8x18m,退建筑5m,距无消防车道的建筑物拐角不大于10m,也可按当地主管部门意见),现方案高层建筑(特别是50m以上的一类高层)布置登高场地较困难；
根据《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》,高层和高层间距不小于13m,高层和多层间距不小于9m, 多层和多层间距不小于6m), 该方案多幢建筑物的间距不满足要求；
北侧居住小区围合起的建筑的沿街长度超过150m或总长度超过220m,应在适中位置设置穿过建筑的消防车道；穿过高层建筑的消防车道,其净宽和净高均不应小于4m。
III Fire Protection Requirements
1. The width of fire truck route shall not be less than 4m, but the current widths of single route of the two entrances in Shimao Road and Huizhan Road are only m;
2. In accordance with Code for Fire Protection Design of Tall Buildings, circle route shall be arranged around the high-rise building. If it is difficult to arrange circle route, the fire truck route can be set along the two long sides; turn around space of 18mx18m shall be set for the terminal truck route, however, in this scheme, fire truck routes are only arranged along the single side or the short side, which is not meet the requirements; turning radius for fire truck shall be 12m and the radius in the commercial plot is not meet the demand;
