Ⅰ. Analysis the teaching materials
This is the third period of the topic ---”Weather”. By reviewing the expression of weather, our students can make interests in doing the exercises in Cloze and Filling in the blanks and do them well.
Ⅱ.Analysis the students:
The students can be sure the topic by reading and reciting the words in class . So Cloze and Filling in the blanks may be not hard for the students to finish on time in class .
Ⅲ.Teaching Aims and Demands
Objects
(1)Key vocabulary:
Sunny, cloudy, windy, rainy, snowy, foggy, hot, warm, cold, cool, humid, dry, wet, shining, thunder, lightning, rainbow, storm, sandstorm, snowstorm, tsunami, drought, flood, earthquake, typhoon, tornado
(2)Target language :
By reviewing the expression of weather, our students can make interests in doing the exercises in Cloze and Filling in the blanks and do them well.
2. Ability Objects
Students will be able to
(1) make sure the conversations and passages about weather
(2) use the words of the weather to finish the exercises
(3) think it not hard for them to do the Cloze and Filling in the blanks well
3. Moral Objects
The students will be able to have more confidence in study.
