本课内容以传奇人物罗宾汉为中心，罗宾汉救父的故事情节很好引起了学生兴趣，在看图读句过程中明白故事内容，且能作简单排序及复述。本课重点是在故事文化渗透中学习多变的语言点――如出现的一般过去时、一般将来时、一般现在时，学生将慢慢领悟英语语法进一步培养预感，为深层次的学习打下基础。学生要通过本课的学习，认识了解了西方英雄人物，西方文化的渗透走进课堂。本课还涉及一些简单的问路句型，了解日常用语运用，很好地联系生活实际。
