【摘要】目的：观察腰背肌功能锻炼在腰椎间盘突出症患者康复护理中的运用价值。方法：120例腰椎间盘突出症突出症患者按照入院顺序编号，对照组（奇数号60例）接受常规康复综合治疗和常规护理，观察组（偶数号60例）则在以上基础上再进行腰背肌功能锻炼指导（护理人员执行），对比护理前后的疗效和护理满意度。 结果：观察组临床总有效率和护理满意度均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<）。 结论：腰背肌锻炼能够明显缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状，提高疗效和护理满意度。 【关键词】腰椎间盘突出症；腰背肌功能锻炼；疗效；满意度 Observation on rehabilitation nursing effect of lumbodorsal muscle functional exercise on patients with lumbar disc herniation Zhang Zhou- of pain and rehabilitation medicine, Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University, Chongqing 400000 China) [Abstract]Objective: To observe the application value of lumbodorsal muscle function exercise in rehabilitation nursing of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
