研究新生儿护理的危险因素及护理管理措施
　　[摘要] 目的 对新生儿护理过程中的危险因素进行分析，针对危险因素提出管理预防措施。方法 在2017年8月—2018年12月间，选取该院新生科收治的334例新生儿的资料进行回顾性分析，分析新生儿护理过程中的危险因素，并根据危险因素以及临床护理经验制定针对性的护理措施。结果 新生儿护理过程中的危险因素主要护理人员因素、新生儿自身因素、管理制定因素、环境因素等。结论 根据新生儿临床护理过程中的常见危险因素制定合理、科学、针对性的护理管理措施，可改善新生儿的健康情况，减少不良事件发生，提高新生儿护理质量。

　　[Abstract] Objective The risk factors in the process of neonatal nursing were analyzed， and management and prevention measures were put forward according to the risk factors. Methods From August 2017 to December 2018， 334 cases of neonates admitted to the department of neonatology in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Risk factors in the process of neonatal care were analyzed. Targeted nursing measures were formulated according to risk factors and clinical nursing experience. Results There were four main risk factors in the process of neonatal care， which were nursing staff factors， neonatal own factors， management factors， environmental factors and so on. Conclusion According to the common risk factors in neonatal clinical nursing， formulating reasonable， scientific and targeted nursing management measures can improve the health of neonates， reduce the occurrence of adverse events and improve the quality of neonatal nursing.
