Baojianwenhui 论著 舒利迭联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘的效 果观察及有效率评价 文/汤琴 【摘要】目的：探析支气管哮喘采取舒利迭结合孟鲁司特钠治疗的临床效果。方法：收取2019年3月至2020年3月本科室接治的支 气管哮喘患者，纳入病例共计66例，以双色球法分组，可分为对照组（n=33）和治疗组（n=33），对照组采取单一用药（舒利迭 吸入剂），治疗组辅以联合用药（舒利迭吸入剂+孟鲁司特钠），对比两组效果。结果：治疗组有效率与对照组比显著升高P＜ ；治疗组肺功能较对照组明显改善P＜；治疗组LT、IL-8水平远低于对照组P＜。结论：支气管哮喘采取舒利迭结合 孟鲁司特钠治疗效果理想，值得推广。 【关键词】支气管哮喘；舒利迭；孟鲁司特钠 Observation and evaluation of the effect of seretide combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma Tang Qin Yuechi County People's Hospital [Abstract]Objective:To explore the clinical effect of seretide combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma.
