灯罩注塑模设计
【摘要】通过灯罩注塑模设计，了解注塑模具架构的过程和原理，根据灯罩的 结构对制件进行了工艺分析，提出合理的注射成型条件和成型工艺；对塑件的表 面精度和表面质量进行了讨论；通过对灯罩注塑模的设计，对模架进行了确定， 并设计了导向和定位机构；阐述模具浇注系统和脱模机构的设计方法；详细介绍 了凹、凸模，型腔、型芯的结构设计；同时也对排气设计进行了讨论，并且对温 度调节系统进行了检验和计算，还介绍了模具的功能结构等等；所设计的模具结 构使制件可以可靠稳定的顶出，降低模具的复杂程度和制造成本。

Design of the mould structure parts make out reliable and stable. Reduce the complexity of the mould and the manufacturing cost
