R. of China Dear sir: Institute of Vegetables and Flowers , Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), mandated by the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Science and Technology of China will host above training workshop from September 14-27 , 2009 in Beijing. Scientific researchers, technical personnel, extension workers and government officials engaged in field of breeding technology of horticultural crops will be invited to attend this workshop. Preference will be given to qualified candidates from developing countries. On behalf of anizer, I am pleased to extend my cordial invitation to your administrative personnel and scientists who are involved in the fields of breeding technology of horticultural crops, to participate in this workshop. English is the exclusive language in this training workshop and no interpretation provided.
