乳糜泻研究进展

摘要：乳糜泻 (celiac disease，CD)，一种复杂的自身免疫性疾病，涉及到以消化道系统为主的全身多器官多系统，其发病机
制与遗传、免疫和环境因素均相关。我国以小麦等含麸质为主食的人群众多，且麸质不耐受人群摄入麸质后临床表现复杂多样，
但均因对本病的认识较少而容易被忽略。本文综述了乳糜泻目前的研究进展，期望给乳糜泻的诊断和治疗能提供帮助。
