Hey, that's a lot of people. So what time was the photo taken?
Betty:
Well, at a very busy time of the day, that's for sure. It looks like an airport, when everyone is going on vacation. Unless the news is bad, and everyone is in a hurry to leave town !
Tony:
I don't think so. They all look quite happy! They're waiting to check in for their flights. And some of them are changing some money. There's a family that is saying goodbye.
Betty:
Jeans seem to be the clothes everyone is wearing.
Tony:
Shorts are popular, too. And it looks as if their modation is in tents, not in hotels. When was it taken?
Betty:
Their hair is quite long, so it may be twenty years ago, I guess.
Tony:
And that group of young people looks like a class which is going on a school trip.
Betty:
Or a sports team going on a trip.
Tony:
Lots of people are wearing sunglasses, so it must be in summer.
Learn English in Los Angeles
We provide summer English courses which are the best you can find. You will ing to Los Angeles to learn about American culture and improve your English at the same time. The courses last for four, six or eight weeks. They start at the beginning of July and August. Our teachers are well-trained and very experienced. They teach English classes for four hours a day. You can choose between small groups of two or three, or larger groups of up to 15.
