摘要摘要随着技术的进步、需求的变化和竞争的加剧,商务模式已经日渐成为企业的关注焦点,商务模式创新也给企业带来了前所未有的挑战,成为企业的必然选择。本文在介观商务模式的概念框架和基于复杂系统理论的商务模式创新的理论研究基础上,把商务模式创新视为商务模式的演化过程,从动态角度分析商务模式的演化规律,进而分析商务模式的创新规律。本文在商务模式NK模型和广义NK模型的基础上,应用粒子群优化算法, 建立基于粒子群优化算法的商务模式演化模型,分析具有不同复杂性的商务模式的演化特性和规律。对商务模式NK模型和广义NK模型的分析均表明,商务模式的适应度在总体上随着商务模式复杂性的增大而增大,同时在复杂性规模相同情况下,随结构复杂性增加而减少。自主创新与模仿创新参数同时增大时商务模式适应度值逐渐降低;当二者背向变化时,则结果显示模仿创新参数由大Nd,, 自主创新参数由d,N大的变化规律有利于演化进行。此外惯例参数由大变小的变化规律优于保持不变或由小变大的情形。因此,演化过程中逐步增加商务模式相互作用规模复杂性的同时,应尽可能均匀分布商务模式组分间的相互作用关系;商务模式的演化不是追求最好的商务模式而是追求最适合的商务模式;新进入企业应该遵循先模仿后自主创新的商务模式创新规律,并且随着商务模式的演化,企业应当逐步的降低企业惯例对创新的影响作用,使企业不断推陈出新。关键词:商务模式;粒子群优化算法;演化 Abstract Abstract With theadvances intechnology,changes indemand and petition,the business model has been paid more and more attention by model innovation has been agreater challenge than ever before,and been anecessary choice.
