流动人口犯罪的预防对策摘要人口流动是伴随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济体制的建立而出现的一种必然现象, 是生产力发展和社会进步的表现,人口流动极大地推动了经济的发展和社会的全面进步。但是,随着流动人口的迅速增加, 也给社会治安带来了消极的负面影响, 尤其是流动人口犯罪的问题日益突出,已经成为危害社会治安稳定的一大隐患。本文就当前流动人口犯罪的原因、特点、现状以及防范流动人口犯罪的对策, 采用调查研究、案例分析的方法进行论述, 以此来体现当前社会管理中的难题,以达到对流动人口的合理化、规范化管理,更进一步地促进社会政治的安定,经济的快速发展。关键词: 流动人口犯罪原因预防对策 Prevention of the floating population crime Abstract The floating population is an inevitable phenomenon panied with theestablishment of the reform and opening up and socialist market economic system, is the development of productive forces and the manifestation of social progress, population mobility has greatly promoted the economic development and social progress. However, with the rapid increase of floating population,but also to the social order brought negative impact, especially the floating population crime problems have e increasingly prominent, has e a hidden trouble to the stability of social order. In this paper, the causes of the floating population crimes, current situation and characteristics of floating population crime prevention strategies, adopting the analysis method ofinvestigation, the case was discussed, in order to reflect the current problemsin the social management of floating population, in order to achieve the rationalization, the standardized management, further promote the social and political stability, rapid economic development.
