The feature of the proposed model is that both simple and stability. Applying the proposed model to the simulation of congestion management by use of typical IEEE 30-node test system and the s imulation results pared with the calculation result s from a static congestion management model. Comparison result proves that the proposed model can ensure the secure and stable operation of power system while work congestion is eliminated and the cost minimized. KEY WORD: Real-time power market; Congestion management; Interruptible Loads; Optimal power flow 摘要: 作者提出了实时电力市场中基于调整报价的计及可中断负荷的阻塞管理模型,该模型将电力市场下的实时阻塞管理问题描述为调整费用最小的非线性规划问题,其特点是方法简单可靠。可中断负荷的引入,增加了一种处理实时紧急情况的手段,使实时阻塞管理更加灵活。采用该模型对 IEEE30 节点系统进行阻塞管理仿真计算,并与未考虑可中断负荷阻塞管理模型的计算结果进行比较分析。结果表明本文提出的模型在消除网络阻塞的同时可以大大减小调整费用并确保电力系统安全稳定运行。 关键词: 实时电力市场;阻塞管理;可中断负荷;优化潮流 1 引言随着输电网开放以及跨区电能交易的日益增多, 输电阻塞问题将日益严重。输电系统阻塞的原因有两个:一是输电线的热容量限制,二是
