一、严重违法广告审查标准（试行）
为加大对网络违法广告打击力度，促进我市网络广告市场健康有序发展，现将以下严重危害到人民群众生命财产安全及我市广告行业经营秩序的八类违法情形，列为严重违法，作为整治重点。
1、广告含有虚假的内容，涉嫌欺骗和误导消费者。
