摘要外汇储备是一国国际储备的主体,也是国际金融领域的重要问题。我国外汇储备自 1994 年外汇管理体制改革以来迅速增长,从 1994 年516 亿美元,到 200 8年8189 亿美元, 2006 年3月末,我国的外汇储备已达到 8751 亿美元,超过日本成为世界第一,截至到 2011 年12月,已达 ,我国外汇储备的投资收益率却很低,如何提高外汇储备的利用率便成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。为了解决这个问题,我们应在满足储备资产流动性和安全性的前提下,以多余储备单独成立专门的投资机构,拓展储备投资渠道,延长储备资产投资期限,以提高外汇储备投资收益水平。本文正是从这一角度,在借鉴国际上一些国家外汇储备保值增值成功经验的基础上,结合我国的实际情况,具体从币种结构和资产结构两方面来分析我国的外汇储备结构,优化我国外汇储备币种结构及优化外汇储备资产结构的几种可行性,从而为外汇储备保值增值提供对策建议。关键词: 外汇储备; 保值增值; 货币结构多元化; Abstract Foreign excha ngereserve isthe main partoftheinte rnational reserve and an importa ntproblem ofthe inte rnational fina ncefield .The foreig nexchange reser vehasbeen developed very fast since the refo rmofthe system ofthe foreign excha ngemanagement in1994 inChina .From in1994 to818 .9billion in200 foreign exchange inour count ryhas reached 875 .1billion atthe end ofMarch in2006 .Thisexceeded Japan and became the firstofthe world .
