发展思路
“如何抓住课改契机，扬长避短，把幼儿园办成管理机智活、教育观念新、师资结构精、有一定知名度的幼儿园。”围绕这一问题，幼儿园认真学习有关精神，对照先进，反复讨论和思考酝酿，初步形成幼儿园五年发展规划。
（一） 具体内容为：
1、以幼儿发展为本，始终坚持“面向全体、全面发展”两全思想，在一日活动家的各个环节中体现幼儿活动的主体性。培养幼儿创新精神和实践能力。因材施教，促进每位幼儿的个性发展和不同水平上的提高。
2、立足自培，建立一支师德高尚、素质好、业务精、结构合理的师资队伍。
3、坚持以园为本，以法建园。
4、积极探索素质教育与高效课堂理念下的“乡土环境与体念教育”园本化课程。
（二）育人目标：
培养幼儿健康活泼、好奇探究、文明乐群、勇敢自信。
（三）办园宗旨：
以人为本，服务社会，服务家长。园风：爱国、敬业、奉献、创新。 
教风：热忱、严谨、善诱、爱心。
学风：积极、主动、观察、探索。
