自治区政协九届五次会议精神传达提纲

各位领导、同志们：
根据区委安排，我现就自治区政协九届五次会议精神作一传达。
一、会议概况
中国人民政治协商会议宁夏九届委员会第五次会议于2012年1月10日—14日召开。委员们听取并审议了项宗西主席代表政协宁夏九届委员会常务委员会所作的工作报告和陶源副主席所作的提案工作情况报告;列席了自治区十届人大六次会议，听取并讨论了政府工作报告、计划、财政等其他报告;补选了九名常务委员。会议组织了委员大会发言，大会审议通过了政治决议及其他决议。
会议期间，自治区党委书记、人大主任张毅，自治区党委副书记、政府主席王正伟，自治区政协主席项宗西及全体副主席出席了开幕会和闭幕会。自治区领导张毅、王正伟、崔波、徐松南、齐同生、马三刚、李锐、姚爱兴应邀到会听取委员大会发言，并参加分组讨论，与委员们共谋宁夏发展大计，共绘跨越发展蓝图，充分体现了党委、政府对政协工作的高度重视和大力支持。
