一：蜂胶是什么
蜂胶(英文：propolis)，是蜜蜂从植物采来的树脂类和蜡类物质，混入其上腭腺、蜡腺的分泌物加工而成的一种具有芳香气味的胶状固体物，呈棕黄色或黄褐色块状，遇热变软，具粘性。
蜂胶生产期多为夏、秋季，蜂胶为不透明固体，表面光滑或粗糙，折断面呈砂粒状，切面与大理石外形相似。呈黄褐色、棕褐色、灰褐色、灰绿色、暗绿色，极少数深 似黑色。具有令人喜爱的特殊的芳香味。味微苦，略带辛辣味，嚼之粘牙，用手搓捏能软化。温度低于15℃时变硬、变脆、易粉碎;36℃时质软、有粘性和可塑 性;温度达60~70℃时熔化成为粘稠流体，并分离出蜂蜡。
蜂胶因为其富含300多余具有药理作用的物质，尤其是丰富的黄酮类物质。其相互配伍后具备令人惊异的保健和对重多慢性病的治疗作用，因而受到越来越多注重养生保健和美容者的关注。应该说，蜂胶之所以有非常好的治疗、保健、养生、美容效果，在于蜂胶里面含有的全部天然物质。
