襄阳市爱国卫生管理办法
（2010年4月16日市人民政府令第9号公布，根据2013年8月20日《市人民政府关于修改〈襄樊市爱国卫生管理办法〉的决定》修订）
第一条　为了完善公共卫生体系建设，深入持久地开展爱，根据《湖北省爱国卫生条例》以及其他有关法律法规，结合本市实际，制定本办法。
　　第二条　本办法所称爱国卫生工作是指强化全民健康意识，养成文明卫生习惯，改善卫生条件，减少健康危害因素，提高公民健康水平的社会性、群众性卫生活动。

　　第三条　在本市行政区域内的国家机关、社会团体、企事业单位及其他组织（以下简称单位）和个人，均应遵守本办法。
　　第四条　爱国卫生工作实行政府组织、属地管理、单位负责、全民参与、科学治理、社会监督的原则。
　　第五条　组织开展爱国卫生工作是各级人民政府的职责。各级人民政府必须把爱国卫生工作纳入国民经济和社会发展总体规划，将创建卫生城镇、健康教育、病媒生物预防控制、农村改水改厕等爱国卫生工作所需专项补助经费和活动经费列入同级财政预算，保证爱国卫生工作与经济建设和社会进步协调发展。
　　第六条　县级以上人民政府爱国卫生运动委员会（以下简称爱卫会），由同级人民政府有关部门和相关单位组成，在本级人民政府领导下负责组织管理和协调本行政区域内的爱国卫生工作，其主要职责是：
　　（一）贯彻实施有关爱国卫生工作的法律、法规、规章；
　　（二）规划、部署和协调本行政区域内的爱国卫生工作，动员社会全
