奶茶是由砖茶和牛奶共同熬制而成的一种特色饮品，它们在营养上互相弥补， 口感更清香圆润，形成独特的风味。奶茶是蒙古族的传统饮食，可以去油腻、助消化、 利尿解毒、消除疲劳，其饮用具有悠久的历史。
在对奶茶粉车间的工艺设计中，首先确定奶茶的配方和工艺流程，通过物料衡 算计算出每个班次生产需要的原辅物料的用量和每个工艺流程的损失，再进行设备选 型和热量计算，水汽用量计算，以及劳动定员，还有辅助设施的确定等一系列要求， 最后绘制出车间平面布置图。根据物料衡算可以绘制出物料平衡图，根据工艺过程和 设备绘制出带控制点的工艺流程图。

Abstract
Milk tea is a special drink, made of brick tea and milk which are complementary in nutrition, tasting mellowly, forming an unique flavor. Milk tea is the traditional Mongolian diet, the function is greasy, digestive, diuretic and detoxifying, eliminating fatigue, and its consumption has a long history.
The process designing of milk powder plant can enhance our knowledge of the utilization of abilities, the ability to improve access to information. From milk formula to the process, calcula ted by mat erial balance calcula tions needed for each shift of production of raw materials usage and the loss of each process, then the selection of equipment and heat calculations, calculated the amount of water vapor, and the employment . There are a series of ancillary facilities to determine the requirements of the final workshop for drawing out the floor pla n. According to mat erial balance and the process and equipme nt I can draw out the mat erial balance char t and map out the flow chart with a control point. I understand that the nutritional value of milk
