摘要
创业板市场上市企业成长性，既是创业板市场发展关键，也是其生存前提。市场内大多数企业全部处于高科技行业，含有较高成长性，所以，怎样评价创业板上市企业成长性成为亟待处理问题。
基于中国创业板上市企业实际情况，经过研究中国外企业成长性评价指标体系，建立了一套由表现层评价指标（盈利能力、运行能力、成本控制能力、偿债能力）和影响层评价指标（外部环境、管理层素质、企业治理结构）组成成长性评价指标体系。依据因子分析法和主成份分析法构建了因子分析模型和综合评价模型，并采取SPSS统计软件分析了中国创业板上市企业成长性情况。
依据评价结果分析了中国创业板上市企业成长性综合排名和分项能力排名情况。从综合得分情况来看，大部分企业成长性前景看好，但也存在成长性较低企业，投资者投资时需要谨慎；从分项能力得分情况来看，成长性差异较大；评价研究结果和实际情况较为一致，表明中国创业板成长性评价体系能公正、客观地反应创业板上市企业情况。
中国创业板上市企业成长性评价研究为创业板市场研究提供了借鉴；为投资者判别投资风险，选择高成长创业板上市企业提供了依据。

Abstract
Growth of the company in gem market is not only the core of the gem market development, which is the prerequisite for survival. Inside the market most companies in the high-tech industry, has the high growth, therefore, how to evaluate gem listing the company's growth become problems to be solved.
Based on the actual situation of domestic gem companies and the study of domestic and foreign enterprise growth evaluation index system, a set of performance evaluation index (by profitability, operation ability, cost control ability, debt paying ability) and affected layer evaluation index (external environment, management quality, corporate governance structure) consists of the growth evaluation index system has been established. According to the factor analysis and principal component analysis, the factor analysis model and comprehensive evaluation model are built and growth of the company listing in gem is analyzed by using SPSS software.
According to the evaluation results, it analyzes gem companies the growth of comprehensive ranking and breakdown ability ranking.
