2008年消防宣传工作计划的通知
乡（镇）人民政府，县级各部门、各企事业单位：
为切实提高全民消防安全素质，根据公安部消防局、省消防总队和州消防支队有关消防宣传工作的通知精神，结合我县消防宣传工作实际，制定以下宣传工作计划：
一、消防宣传以对辖区内的消防安全重点单位签定的《防火安全责任书》为入手，加大对公安部61号令规定的各类人员的消防安全管理职责的宣传教育力度，努力提高各级人员自觉履行消防安全管理职责的能力和意识，推进消防安全责任制的进一步落实。
二、要积极动员社会各方面力量参与消防安全公益宣传，吸纳社会资金在城市交通枢纽、人员密集场所悬挂大型消防安全公益广告，提高全民消防安全意识。
三、动员社会筹措资金制作居民、村民防火公约、消防警示挂牌等，在机关、企事业单位、公众聚集场所、易燃易爆场所、学校、城市社区和农村村民院落广泛张贴，拓展消防宣传的阵地和覆盖面。利用当地广播、电视新闻媒体和网络发布消防监督抽查事先公告和消防监督抽查结果，扩大公安消防机构消防监督抽查的社会影响，动员全社会主动开展火灾隐患自查自纠，自觉消除火灾隐患。
