贾晓凤 孙磊 王姹 [摘要]目的 研究Er，Cr：YSGG激光联合盐酸米诺环素治疗慢性牙周炎的效果。方法 选取2017年7月～2018年6月我院收治的86例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象，按照信封法随机分为对照组（43例）和实验组（43例）。对照组采用龈上洁治+龈下刮治+盐酸米诺环素治疗，实验组在对照组基础上给予Er，Cr：YSGG激光治疗。将两组的牙周指标、临床效果、炎症因子指标进行比较。结果 实验组治疗后的牙周袋深度（PD）、牙龈出血指数（SBI）、菌斑指数（PLI）、附着丧失（AL）及C反应蛋白（CRP）、白介素-17（IL-17）均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<）;实验组的临床总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P [关键词]慢性牙周炎;Er，Cr：YSGG激光;盐酸米诺环素 [] [] A [] 1674-4721（2019）10（b）-0157-03 [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of Er，Cr：YSGG laser combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.
