湿法烟气脱硫系统气气换热器的结垢分析

摘要: 国内某电2 厂的湿法烟气脱硫系统在连续运行过程中出现了气气换热器结垢堵塞的问题. 2
为查明结垢原因,对气气换热器垢样、副产品石膏、锅炉飞灰等进行了取样分析,样品的颗粒表面
形态由扫描电镜分析,晶体结构采用 X 射线衍射法分析,相关成分由 X 射线荧光光谱法测定. 结果

表明:结垢是由于一些饱和的石膏浆液液滴在通过除雾器时未能被有效除去而被带入气气换热器
中,随后被烟气中的飞灰包覆所致.

Abstract : Blocking problems of scaling formed in gas gas heaters ( GGH) are often encountered in t he
continuous operation process of domestic wet flue gas desulf urization ( WF GD) systems. To find t he
causes , samples taken from GGH , gyp sum by product and boiler fly ash were analyzed respectively wit h
scanning electronic microscopy ( SEM) for particles’ surface morp hologies , X ray diffraction ( XRD) for
crystal structures and X ray fluorescence ( XRF) for positions. Result s show t hat t he scaling
was caused by
