1 铁路物流服务绩效评价研究甘卫华 1,吴玮(华东交通大学物流与工业工程系江西南昌330013) 摘要:科学、系统、全面地分析和评价铁路物流服务,建立一套铁路物流服务绩效的评价方法和衡量标准,是铁路物流业迫切需要解决的问题。本文依据绩效指标的代表性、可比性和相对稳定性、科学性原则,各设计了一套铁路物流服务绩效的对内指标和对外指标,并进而产生5个投入指标和6个产出指标,以便定量计算、对比铁路企业物流服务的绩效。接着以江西京九物流有限公司为例,运用DEA方法进行算例分析。最后,本文从物流基本要素、物流运作要素、物流服务能力要素等方面,提出了提升铁路物流服务绩效的建议。关键词:铁路运输;铁路物流;绩效评价;数据包络分析方法(DEA) Performance Evaluation of Railway Logistics Service GAN Weihua, WU Wei ( Dep. of Logistics Management and Industrial Engineering, East China Jiaotong University, Nanchang, Jiangxi, 330013) Abstract:It is urgent to set up a performance evaluation system for railway logistics service to make scientific, systematic prehensive evaluation..
