企业物流自营与外包的利弊分析摘要随着市场竞争的白热化, 企业的利润空间越来越小, 于是通过高效的物流管理来提高整个供应链运行效率, 向国外学习先进经验的同时, 如何针对我国国情,结合企业自身的经营环境和选择适合的物流运作模式,如何对企业物流是自营还是外包进行决策便成为了当下企业的一个重要的研究课题,而对企业物流自营与外包的利弊进行分析更是重中之重。本文先是对企业自营物流和外包物流的利弊进行了分析和比较,在此基础上举出了实际案例进行分析和论证,并在文章的最后提出了自己对企业是自营物流和外包物流的看法。关键词:自营物流;外包物流;利弊分析 Advantages and disadvantages of self-logistics andoutsourced logistics ABSTRACT With the intense petition,the profit of corporate e smaller and smaller, so to improve the operational efficiency of the entire supply chain through efficient logistics management,to learn the advanced experience of foreign countries at the same time, and how China's national bined with their own operating environment and select the appropriate mode of operation of logistics,how to make a strategic decision about self-logistics or outsourced logistics has e animportant current research , and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of self-logistics and outsourced logistics isa top ,in this article ,self-logistics and outsourced logisticsadvantages and disadvantages are analyzed pared ,on the basis of the analysis parison,this article uses an actual case to analysis and to demonstrate, and at the end of the articleput forward my own views on the business is self-logistics and outsourced logistics.
