第一章 总则
第一条为鼓励员工积极参与企业管理，增强企业活力，提高企业的劳动生产率和经济效益，进一步提升企业的核心竞争力，促进企业持续稳定地发展，特制定本办法。
第二条 员工参与企业管理的方式
（一）提出改企业进生产经营现代管理方法、手段、制度创新、改进和应用等方面的合理化建议；
（二）提出生产经营管理中存在的问题及解决问题的思路；
（三）提出技术改造、技术革新、技术攻关等方面的合理化建议并参与实施和采用新技术、新工艺、新配方提高产品质量、改善产品性能等活动；
（四）推广、应用生产经营活动中形成的科技成果、管理创新成果。
第三条 本办法适用股份**分公司和资产**分公司（以下简称：分公司）员工参与企业管理，从合理化建议提出、立项、论证、实施、总结、评审到奖励，形成闭环管理，保证提出者、实施者及有关参与人员的创造性劳动得到认可
