“居站分设”工作情况汇报

首先对各位领导到街道检查指导工作表示热烈的欢迎，下面，我把街道“居站分设”及社区内部运行机制建设开展情况向各位领导汇报如下：
今年来，街道进一步健全社区组织体系，理顺社区工作运行机制，全面提升社区建设管理水平，按照市、区关于社区建设“居站分设”的要求，深入调研、积极行动，认真做好“居站分设”工作，实现了社区行政事务和居民自治的有效剥离，“居站分设”工作取得阶段性成果。
一、前期工作开展情况
一是搞好宣传引导。按照全区社区工作会议的安排部署，结合街道的实际情况，制定了切实可行的实施方案，成立了以办事处主任为组长的社区建设及整治工作领导小组，具体负责社区的建设与管理以及集中整治工作。在城市社区居委会的选举过程中，严格落实班子成员、部门负责人联系社区、包靠居委会责任制，加强对选举工作的指导和监督。同时，进一步搞好宣传动员工作，发动社区居民积极参加到“居站分设”的活动中来。我们在街道68个在小区内发放居委会选举明白纸2000余份，悬挂横幅20条，营造浓厚了的选举氛围，做到了选举公平、公开、公正，确保让居民选出自己心中的

二是理顺工作机制。按照市区居站分设的工作要求，对原街道社区一站一居的组织体系进行调整，在街道设立社区工作办公室，在街道区域内设立西苑、福兴、明珠、怡安4个社区工作站，负责站内岗位的设置和协调管理，承担涉及社区居民利益的社区事务性工作和社区的社会管理公共服务职能。街道按“利益相关、地域相邻、便于自治”的原则，调整了城市社区居委会，实行“一站多居”或“一站一居”式工作运行机制。西苑社区设康苑、万鑫、佳苑、佳兴4个居委会，福兴社区设辛苑、兴荣、阳光3个居委会，明珠社区设瑞和、杏坛2个居委会，怡安社区设瑞苑1个居委会，形成了街道、社区工作站、居民委员会三力合一的新型组织架构，“居站分设”进一步强化了社
