我国著名教育家陶行知说:“校长是学校之魂”,李岚清同志也指出:“一个好校长就是一所好学校”。多年的校长工作实践,使我认识到:校长的领导首先是校长教育思想的领导,校长教育理念的引领。校长只有根据自己学校的实际建构起自己的教育理念,才能引领学校持续发展。教育理念是校长通过对教育对象的认识形成的一种观念。教育理念反映了校长的价值取向,是对教育世界内在关系的认识和提炼。东北师范大学党委书记盛连喜教授认为:一个理念或一种思想的提出并受到关注,一般来说必须具备四个条件:一是历史的底蕴,二是现实的基础,三是时代的特征,四是实践的意义。作为一所高职院校的校长如何建构自己的教育理念,去引领学校的发展呢?
2011年7月29日,我从XX省沭阳中学调任宿迁经贸高等职业技术学校校长、党委副书记。从普教转入职教,开始了一段不同的人生旅程,也开始了职业学校教育理念的探索和实践。
