五磁村在创先争优活动中深入开展“访民情、听民意、惠民生”主题实践活动实施方案
了解民情、倾听民意、改善民生代表了广大村民的根本利益，访民情、听民意、惠民生最终的目的是保障民生、改善民生，它包括人的正当权益应当受到保护，人的生命价值、健康价值、尊严价值等受到尊重，加强以改善民生为重点的村级组织和建设，最终目的就在于确保每位村民的生活底线，确保每位村民的基础性权力，为每位村民提供一个良好的生存或生活的环境，以增强全体村民的发展活力。
指导思想
以理论和“三个代表”主要思想为指导，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，按照“推动科学发展、促进社会和谐、服务人民群众、加强基层组织”的总体要求，紧紧围绕“争当统筹城乡发展表率、勇当生态园区建设先锋”这一主题，以港发字[2010]86号文件为指导，深入探访民情，广泛了解民意，在统筹发展、周密布置的前提下，不断解决群众反映的问题，改善村民的生存和生活条件。
方式方法
（一）加强组织、形成合力
充分调动不同层次、不同地域基层党组织和党员的积极性和创新性，鼓舞他们参与到主题实践活动中来，通过广泛参与、积极讨论、汇集意见、统一办法，形成服务村民、建设我村的强大合力。
