谈谈如何给派出所民警减压
“有困难找警察”，成为当前老百姓经常挂在嘴边的一句话，为了能更好的践行全心全意为人民服务的宗旨，给基层公安工作提出了更高的要求，广大公安民警为更好的执法为民、服务于民的过程中产生的心理压力也随之增大，下面就如何给派出所民警心理减压谈一点粗浅的看法。      
当前基层民警心理压力的主要来源  
一是部分基层领导只注重完成业务工作目标，不注意发挥思想政治工作的疏导作用，使民警形成思想压力。由于基层领导对业务工作目标的要求过高，再加上各单位之间竞争激烈，造成民警即使完成规定目标也不能休整。
         二是警务工作的日趋繁重和无规律性，使民警在连续紧X、重叠、交叉的实际工作中，长期处于慢性应激状态。
         三是家庭与工作的矛盾和现实生活的物质需要，使民警在工作时间内精力不能集中，烦恼焦虑。通过调查发现，大多民警表示平时因工作不能顾及家庭，所以回家后主要是干家务，然后就是睡觉休息，基本没有业余生活。另外，有的民警亲属下岗造成家庭经济来源减少，改善居住条件缺少资金是一部分民警现实生活中的普遍问题。  
         四是社会公众对公安工作的误解和对民警的偏见，使民警的积极性特别是职业荣誉感受挫。民警普遍提出工作中怕出问题，缩手缩脚，甚至职业的自尊意识下降。
