从业人员和车辆安全生产管理制度
一、安全生产操作规程
为了加强对公司生产经营活动及公司机动车和驾驶员的安全管理，预防各种隐患，防止安全事故的发生，提高公司的经济效益和社会效益。根据国家《道路运输管理暂行条例》和重庆市有关安全生产管理的规定，结合本公司的实际情况，制度本制度。
公司以张鹏为第一责任人(法人)为领导，成立有安全科，驾驶员，办公室文员，财务员。
二 、安全生产和岗位责任制 安全科是负责本公司安全生产和机动车及驾驶员技术安全组织管理的职能部门，其主要工作职责是:
1、协助公司总经理组织生产经营活动中的安全工作。宣传和贯彻执行政府
颁布的安全法规、条例、规定，组织各项安全活动、技术培训，交流和
推广安全先进经验，提高员工的安全生产意识;
2、根据上级要求和企业实际情况，组织制定或修订、审查安全工作计划、
安全技术规程和安全生产管理制度，并负责组织实施和检查执行情况; 3、组织召开各类安全、车管会议，总结、分析各阶段的安全生产情况，并
针对存在的问题制定相应的防范措施;
4、布置和检查各运输单位的安全学习，修订本公司安全管理规章制度和安全考核标准;
5、负责机动车的技术检验、鉴定和驾驶员的安全考核、培训及安全奖罚，负责公司重大生产、交通事故的调查、处理、伤残鉴定及保险理赔善后工作。负责安全生产事故的统计上报工作。
