职业道德论文社会组织论文：论我国会计人员职业道德的现状及对策分析
摘要：会计工作处于各单位经济管理工作的前沿，会计人员身处财经的关键地位，会计信息的失真也日益突出，违规违纪现象层出不穷，所以加强会计人员的职业道德建设就显得尤为重要。

“诚信为本，操守为重，坚持准则，不做假账”，这是X镕基在第十六届世界会计师大会给所有会计审计人员提出的工作要求。当今，在我国社会主义事业发展过程中，广大会计人员职业态度是端正的，职业表现是好的，职业道德素质是高的，但是仍然存在着一部分财务会计人员的职业道德欠缺和失范现象的发生，导致会计造假、信息失真等成为一种极为普遍的现象。因此，本文就如何提高会计人员的职业道德，加强会计职业道德规范建设提出粗浅的建议。
