一、发展现状
（一）发展成就
“十一五”期间，在省委、省政府的重视和领导下，以省委、省政府《关于加快发展海洋经济的决定》为指导，按照《海南省“十一五”渔业发展规划》的发展目标和思路，我省采取积极调整渔业生产布局、大力培育水产品生产与加工龙头企业、突出区位优势推进水产苗种生产、健全渔业保障体系、提高渔业执法装备水平、推动水产品市场建设和加快科教兴渔步伐等措施，促进了我省渔业经济的持续快速增长，保持了渔业稳步、健康发展的好势头，顺利完成了渔业发展目标，为我省经济发展做出了积极贡献。
1、渔业产量和经济总量稳步增长
