幼儿教师工作压力现状的研究
摘 要
这些年来，笔者一直在进展的工作就是教书育人。而在教学的过程中，有不少的教学人员都感到了压力和一定的职业责任感，而这种源自于思想层面的压力和危机感仍然在不断地增加，因为现如今的幼儿园的教学工作的压力过大，让不少教师感到压力大,可以对他们的心情和心理安康产生较大的影响。通过对教师的观察，可以发现他们的职业幸福感指数较低，在教学过程中很多教师表示对岗位的厌倦感。所以，笔者在本文过对幼儿教师的开展现状的分析和研究，从学校，社会和个人等层面，提出了解决的建议。本文通过对幼儿教师压力的来源以及如何解决幼儿教师的工作思想压力和来自职业的危机感的梳理。在此根底之上，与幼儿教师工作压力身心反响状况和幼儿教师压力以及压力的反响关系进展比拟和分析，发现幼儿教师教书育人的教学过程中存在的问题。通过对幼儿教师压力的分析，和幼儿教师工作压力的身心反响的阐述，对幼儿教师的具体解压实践进展指导；更好的更积极的解决幼儿教师的工作压力。
