制定业主消防安全手册
制定业主消防安全手册的目的在于指导如何做好消防安全管理工作，使各入住业主了解与掌握入住大厦的消防安全管理工作，以确保大厦有一个良好的消防安全环境。现结合物业大厦情况对编制内容予以说明。
                    一、总承包及分包公司须知
    １． 在大厦内办公的各公司的办公室必须每ｌ００ｍ２摆放两个４ｋｇＡＢＣ型干粉灭火器。
    ２． 办公室内抽烟必须备有烟灰缸，不得将烟头、烟灰弹进废纸篓，以免引起火灾。
    ３． 下班后应检查所有的电源开关是否已关闭，以防止电源短路引起火灾。
    ４． 各公司必须将防火责任人、管理人名单报安全管理部门备案，以便在紧急情况下便于联系。
    ５． 加强对下属员工的安全、防火教育，以免员工在施工中出现意外。
    ６． 管理处有权检查各公司办公室的安全防火情况。
                     二、入住装修须知
    １． 业主入住时应向管理部门介绍所聘装修公司的情况及主要负责人和消防安全事项。
    ２． 管理部门应向装修公司派发一份《装修守则》，要求各装修公司在大厦施工期间必须遵
