物业公司2010年工作思路
2010年是******公司进入第五个发展阶段的关键时期，也将是******深化改革，推进市场化进程的关键一年。在新的一年里，保障生产，服务百姓，维护******的和谐稳定是物业人不可推卸的责任。使命在肩，责任重大。物业公司在认真分析形势基础上，研究制定了2010年工作思路。
一、指导思想
注重细节，强化落实，尽职尽责，力求创新，眼睛向内抓管理，眼睛向外抓机遇，继续突出“一个主题”，打造“两个特色”， 强化“三基建设”，提高“四种意识”（一个主题：以“站队是服务的窗口，员工是企业的形象”为主题。两个特色：创造自管物业的服务品牌特色，创造员工与业主共享的物业企业文化特色。三基建设：物业管理的基础工作，员工服务的基本功培训，优化管理的基础知识教育。四种意识：知识引领的服务意识，创新发展的市场意识，降本增效的节约意识，运行受控的安全意识）,确保******的和谐稳定，实现公司物业管理水平整体提升。
二、总体思路
以优质服务为龙头，围绕一条主线，带好三支队伍，实现五个目标，做好七项工作，形成抓安全、促稳定、保业绩的良好氛围，确保2010年工作更上一层楼。

确保物业安全、稳定运行。

物业服务指标：业主满意率93%以上，报修处结率98%以上，服务响应率100%。
安全环保指标：安全生产实现零事故；员工无重大违章事故，无重大安全责任事故。
