环氧树脂地坪施工工法
前言
环氧树脂地坪涂料是用于工业厂房的地坪涂料。其基料为环氧树脂，整体无缝、平整亮丽、可达镜面效果、附着力强、柔韧性好、耐酸碱、防腐蚀、坚韧、耐磨、耐冲击；更加便于清洁、维护方便、造价低廉且施工快捷，使工作环境更加洁净，使用年限更加长久等优良特性。
环氧树脂地坪涂料种类较多，常用的主要有环氧无溶剂自流平地坪漆系列、环氧无溶剂平涂地坪漆系列、环氧防静电地坪漆系列、环氧彩砂地坪漆系列、环氧磨石地坪漆系列、环氧防滑地坪漆系列、环氧水性地坪漆系列、环氧聚氨酯地坪系列（图层结构剖面图、特别适用的范围附后）等等，目前变电所常用的环氧无溶剂自流平地坪和平涂地坪漆，本文主要对上述两种环氧地坪的工法进行介绍。
工法特点
环氧树脂地坪在建筑物、构筑物地面基层施工结束后，根据建筑物的使用性质，选择合适的环氧地坪的种类，按规定进行施工。
适用范围
适用于变电站主控制楼门厅、办公区、电缆层地面，配电装置室地面、踢脚线，以及台阶踏步等面层，省电力公司变电站装饰装修典型设计图册中有相关的规定。

基面处理设备
磨削机：装配金刚研磨刀，用于混凝土、水磨石、硬化耐磨地面、大理石等基材表面打磨处理。
便携式磨削机：用于小面积混凝土、水磨石、硬化耐磨地面、大理石等基材表面或边角部位打磨处理，亦可用于去除小面积的旧漆和油污层。
铣刨机：用于铣刨去除旧漆层、油污层等。
抛丸设备：用于大面积混凝土、水磨石、硬化耐磨地面、大理石等基材表面抛丸处理。
吸尘器：去除地面灰尘。
涂装用具
锯齿镘刀、钉鞋、钉子辊筒：锯齿镘刀用于镘涂自流平地坪涂料，然后用钉子辊筒辊压以释出膜内空气，对于局部涂装缺陷可在涂膜表干前穿钉鞋前往修复。
