社会保障卡制作发放相关流程及操作说明
一、社会保障卡制作发放（新参保人员办理社会保障卡、老医保卡换社会保障卡）流程
第一步：完成参保人员个人信息采集和确认，个人信息采集确认由单位统一办理（挂靠人员【包括个体户、自由职业参保、解决历史遗留问题人员】由挂靠缴费单位统一办理）；
第二步：相关资料由单位统一收集后提交到卡中心，由卡中心统一委托卡商制作社会保障卡；
第三步：制作完成的社会保障卡由卡中心通知单位统一领取；
第四步：单位负责把社会保障卡发放到参保人员手中。
二、参保人员信息采集确认流程
为方便参保单位对本单位参保人员的制卡信息进行采集和确认，我们通过网上数据采集系统来完成本单位参保人员的的个人制卡信息采集和确认工作，具体操作流程如下：
第一步：单位授权社会保障卡经办人员到卡中心领取网上信息采集系统的密码（需带资料：授权委托书（单位介绍信）、经办人员身份证及复印件）
第二步：通过网上信息采集系统完成个人制卡信息（关键信息、非关键信息）的采集确认；
第三步：通过网上信息采集系统打印出确认无误表和勘误表，
