贵州省农村危房改造工程建设管理暂行办法（试行）
第一章 总则
第一条 为了加强贵州省农村危房改造工程的规划和建设管理，特制定本办法。
第二条 在贵州省进行农村危房改造工程的规划编制和建设管理，适用本办法。
第三条 农村危房改造应以保证农房重建、维修的质量，保护农民生命财产安全，改善农民居住条件为基本原则，贯彻执行国家法律、法规及相关的技术标准。
第四条 农村危房改造应服从镇总体规划、乡规划和村庄规划，并将农村危房改造与村庄整治、人居环境改善相结合。
第五条 农村危房改造应坚持安全、经济、适用、美观、节约用地的原则。
第六条 农村危房改造应与历史文化和少数民族特色文化保护相结合，建筑风格应突出地方和民族特色。
