2010--2011学年度学校工作总结
一年来，我校围绕县教育局出台的《盂县2011年教育十大重点工程》和《盂县2011年教育工作要点》，努力实践科学发展观，认真贯彻国家教育方针，进一步解放思想，更新观念，紧紧抓住强化学校管理这一关键，以德育为首，突出教师队伍建设，以推进新课程改革为契机，积极稳妥的推进素质教育，学校教育教学质量稳步提高，其他各项工作成绩喜人。现将一学期学校工作总结如下：
学校基本情况
我校现有11个教学班，在校生636人，在岗教师40人，教师队伍基本上能胜任主要学科的教学工作。从本学期开始，我校按照上学期制定的《路家村中学教学常规量化细则》来实施精细化管理，努力提高教学效率，学校呈现出一种互相学习、互相帮助、共同提高与进步的良好局面。
Ⅰ、教育教学方面
我校制定的《教学常规量化细则》分四部分：课堂教学、作业批改、教学设计和教科研活动。每部分都设计了检查要求、评价方式和评价细则，每月检查一次。
（一）提高认识，形成共识。我校领导班子全体成员和广大教师在工作实践中提高了对教学过程管理的认识，意识到学校教育必须制度化、规范化、常态化，才能取得理想的效果。因此，我们在学期初安排工作时，讨论《教学常规量化细则》工作如何开展，并在检查时间上作具体的安排，在全体教师中形成共识。
（二）落实措施，注重成效。《教学常规量化细则》能否取得成效，关键在于落实。因此，我们从实际出发，落实县教研室提出的“三环节”、“一保证”，加强常规管理，突出一个“细”字，规范教学常规，向管理要质量。
1、抓方案的落实。为达到这个目标，学校将规定细化到教学中的每一个细节。严格一月一次检查，雷打不动。检查时，实事求是，公开公正，不搞特殊化，不走过场。
2、抓教学过程的监控，学校常规教学与管理是学校教育教学质量的基本保证。本学期学校在常规教学管理中，狠抓了教学各环节最为基础、最重要、最根本的工作。①对常规教学各环节都提出了明确要求。明确提出教案备写要求、课堂教学要求、作业批改要求、听评课要求等，使学校活动各环节有章可循，较好克服了教学过程中的盲目性和随意性。
