第一章 总则
第一条 目的
为适应企业战略动态发展及竞争环境要求,充分发挥薪酬激励作用,促进经营管理各项工作的顺利开展,规范薪资福利管理工作,建立符合公司特点的科学、合理的薪酬体系,根据“XX腾俊投资集团薪酬管理制度”(腾俊集团人制[2013]3号文件)精神,制定本细则。
第二条 本细则是公司薪酬体系的纲领性文件,为薪酬管理工作提供全面的准则和依据,所有与薪酬相关的规定和工作都必须遵照和服从于本细则。
第三条 原则
一、公司效益与员工利益相结合的原则;
二、贡献与报酬对等的原则;
三、激励业绩改善的原则;
四、向优秀员工、关键人才、市场稀缺人才倾斜的竞争原则;
五、符合国家政策法规和公司管理要求的原则。
第四条 薪酬制定要点
一、保障员工基本生活需求,提供高于当地行业平均水平的收入;
二、薪酬以岗位为基础,整体绩效与局部、个人绩效挂钩,体
