西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文云梯消防车稳定性的研究 专 业:机械设计及理论 硕士生:习宁刚 指导教师:张晓钟 教授 摘 要随着城市的迅速发展,楼房建筑越来越高,在带来便利的同时,也带来了许多危机。高层建筑一旦发生火灾,燃烧猛烈、蔓延途径多、火情控制难,给消防救援带来了很多不便,它既要求救援设备在狭小的空间工作,又要求其远距离工作,如在石油消防救援,四车道高桥上救援,断桥梁上救援,狭窄山路上救援, 都要求云梯消防车必须在狭窄空间上进行救援,又要满足云梯消防车可远距离救援,所以本文为了解决这个问题,特设计了一种云梯消防车的新结构,来满足在空间即狭窄又要远距离救援状况,本文所涉及的主要内容: 狭窄空间下云梯消防车新型结构设计及其稳定性分析,主要是云梯消防车在狭窄空间、远距离下的整体结构分析,并对配重结构进行设计研究,设计时采用的主要方法是用 SOLIDWORKS 对云梯消防车的结构进行设计建模且寻找良好的构造形式与配重的关系。云梯消防车的 ADAMS 动态仿真,主要是对云梯消防车添加配重方式进行动力学分析、状态控制参数研究,分析时采用的方法是 ADAMS 建模、加载约束、施加载荷,动力学仿真。云梯消防车的力学与数学模型及稳定性分析,主要是对云梯消防车稳定性的力学数学模型建立和最优的配重质量分析计算,分析时采用物理模型与数学模型对云梯消防车稳定性进行分析。云梯消防车参数化分析软件设计与开发, 主要是对云梯消防车参数化软件设计,设计时应用 VC++ 进行编程。关键词:云梯消防车;配重结构; ADAMS 仿真;软件设计论文类型: 应用研究西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 The study of ladder truck's stability Specialty: Mechanical Design and Theory Postgraduate: Xi Ninggang Instructor: Xiaozhong Abstract With the rapid development of the city, the buildings are higher and higher. Although convenience is brough t, it will burn fi erce, spreading by many way, fire control will be more difficult and cause many inconvenience for fire rescue when fire occurred. It requires both rescue equipmen t working in narrow space and long distance, like oil fire rescue, four-lan e takahashi rescue, broken br idge rescue, narrow mountain road rescue. It all require s ladder truck rescuing in confined spaces and long , in order to solve this problem this paper, a new structure of ladder truck was designed to meet with the condition whic h rescuing in the space of narrow and long distance. This paper involved main content as follows: The new structure design and its stability analysis of ladder truck on narrow space mainly include the whole structure analysis in narrow space and long distance, and the study for key balance weight main method this paper used is modeling for ladder truck’s structure by so lidworks and searching good st ructure form and weight relationship. The dynamic
