重庆机场航空城规划和产业布局研究.pdf

重庆人学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘要重庆作为中西部地区唯一的直辖市,其战略地位及发展优势日渐凸显,已成为继北京、上海之后,国务院确定的三大国家级中心城市之一,是长江上游的经济中心、西部地区的重要经济增长极。重庆机场作为重庆市最重要的航空口岸, 在经济和社会发展中越来越突显出其重要作用。随着航空运输量的不断发展,航空配套产业的发展已超越航空业本身,现已成为城市竞争力的重要组成部分。如何合理规划和布局航空相关产业,不失时机引入配套的产业,建立重庆航空城既是临空经济和社会发展的必然要求,也是实现重庆市发展战略的重要举措。空港对区域经济发展的强烈辐射和带动作用已得到国内外广泛认可,但对于航空城的规划建设却缺乏相对成熟的标准依据和协调发展规划。作者通过对本课题的研究,提出建设重庆航空城的理论构想和实施途径,为重庆航空城的综合开发提供理论依据和布局参考。作者采用文献分析和案例分析法,综述了航空城的概念和研究背景,运用SWOT分析方法介绍了重庆机场航空城建设现状,并在对国内外典型航空城进行了个案分析和经验借鉴基础上,提出了重庆机场航空城规划和产业布局建议。通过研究,作者认为建设航空城要坚持“统一规划、协调发展、功能互补、协同联动、节约用地”的基本原则。航空城应由机场航空生产核心区和配套产业区构成,面积按照1:1布置,除机场航空生产核心区外,。此外,重庆航空城需要同步建设综合交通体系,形成以重庆江北国际机场为核心,以城际铁路、轻轨交通为骨架,以高速公路为网络, 以长途交通换乘枢纽为依托的“多式联运、方便换乘"的综合交通体系,打造中西部复合航空枢纽。本研究对于丰富航空城建设的理论,完善重庆航空城建设规划具有十分重要的指导意义,一定程度上丰富和完善了航空城研究领域的理论成果,将为重庆地区,尤其是筹建中的“两江新区”的产业规划和经济发展提供有宜的参考。关键词:重庆机场,航空城,临空经济,产业规划,功能布局重庆人学硕十学位论文英文摘要 ABSTRACT Chongqing,as theonlymunicipality incentralandwestem regions of China,with its strategicpositionandadvantages fordevelopment highlighting day afterday,has e one ofthe threemajor state—levelkey citiesidentified by theState Council following Beijing andShanghai;Chongqing e theimportant economic center ofthe upper reaches oftheYangtze River and amajor economic growth pole ofwesternregions.
