刘旭周强蒲高祥姜世文张露王晓华 【摘要】目的:分析和探讨用紫杉醇与顺铂化疗方案治疗60例晚期食道癌患者的效果。方法:选择从2018年1月-2019年6月在我院接受治疗的60例晚期食道癌患者,设为观察组,给予联用紫杉醇与顺铂化疗方案。选择同期50例晚期食道癌患者,设为对照组,给予5-氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂化疗方案。对两组的治疗有效率、生存时间进行观察和对比。结果:观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<)。观察组生存时间为(±)月,显著高于对照组的(±)天,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<)。结论:联用紫杉醇与顺铂化疗方案治疗晚期食道癌,疗效确切,值得推广应用。 【关键词】紫杉醇;顺铂;晚期食道癌;效果观察 Abstract: Objective: To .analyze and discuss the effect of paclitaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of 60 patients with advanced esophageal cancer. Methods: 60 patients with advanced esophageal cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group, and were treated with bined with cisplatin. Fifty patients with advanced esophageal cancer in the same period were selected as the control group and treated with 5-bined with cisplatin.
