桂林市老城区动态交通保护圈规划设计赵春雪(学号: 0500130207 ) 指导老师:李文勇(桂林电子科技大学机电工程学院桂林 541004 ) 摘要:老城区是桂林市的交通产生、吸引重心, 过饱和的交通系统已使老城区内原有的特色风貌遭到严重的破坏,对老城区的交通保护已成为桂林市近期城市规划的重点。面向构建合理、有序、可持续发展的桂林老城区动态总和交通体系的需要,对老城区进行动态交通保护圈规划设计。以“合理分流、优化组织、减少需求”为构建老城区动态交通保护圈的基本策略。从“路网规划、交通管理、交通组织规划与信号控制方案优化”等方面提出有利于桂林老城区保护的交通规划方案和管理措施,并运用交通微观仿真软件 TSI S,对提出的规划方案和动态交通组织方案进行仿真分析。研究成果对桂林市老城区的保护具有一定得参考价值。关键词: 动态交通;保护圈;老城区;交通组织;交通仿真 Design and Programming of Dynamic Traffic Guard Circle of Old Urban Areas in Guilin ZHAO Chun-xue (Number : 0500130207) TUTOR : LI Wen-yong (School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering , Guilin University of Electronic Technology, Guilin 541004) Abstract: The old urban area of Guilin is the main parts that create and attract traffic loads inside the urban districts.
