朔黄线扩能改建的研究.pdf西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1页摘要朔黄铁路是我国西煤东运第二条大通道的重要组成部分,在我国铁路网中具有非常重要的地位和作用。近年来随着国家能源战略重点的西移和西部大开发战略的实施,朔黄铁路煤炭发送量逐年递增,其对地方经济发展的拉动作用日益显现,极大地促进了沿线工农业生产。但是随着我国煤炭能源开发的进一步加大,朔黄铁路既有线路的技术装备已不能适应运输发展的需求,更难以满足国民经济发展的需要。本文通过研究朔黄线既有设备概况,现阶段运营特征,朔黄线近、远期客、货运量预测及运输需求分析认为:朔黄铁路需扩能改建,且应遵从立足通道,统筹考虑装、运、卸能力匹配,前、后方通路,运输组织协调的原则。采用适宜的技术标准,实现通道同步扩能,同步建设,形成通道整体能力,发挥投资最大收益。根据改建方案的主要研究原则;扩能改造方案应充分利用既有设施, 结合追踪间隔时间和天窗影响的研究,考虑货流构成、机车车辆性能、相邻线技术装备等因素,进行运输组织方案研究。本文在此基础上提出了5500t牵引质量方案、6000t牵引质量方案、 lOOOOt牵引质量方案。通过方案比选。本文建议朔黄铁路扩能改建方案采用sstB型电力机车,牵引货物列车质量6000t,到发线有效长度维持1050m 不变,列车追踪间隔时间7min,。本方案充分利用了既有设备,全线涉及改建的车站只有9个,土建工程规模最小,施工干扰最小,投资最省,分步实施,较其他扩能方案具有明显的优势。关键词:朔黄铁路扩能改建方案西壹奎里奎兰堕圭堡室皇兰!童笙壅蔓望里. —_——————●—————————_——————__—————_—_-,—————一一 Abstract As an important integrant ofthesecond large corridor of western coal eastward transporting in china,Shuohuang Railway(SHR)plays a very important part in national recent years as the national energy strategic focus is put on the west and the strategy ofthe western development i senforced,Shuo Huang Railway Corporation increases thedispatch ofcoal progressively year by year, which exerts an obvious influence in stimulating the growth of the local economy and ingreatly promoting the production of industry and agriculture along its with the further increasing route the coal energy exploitation,the technical equipment of SHR’S primary route can’t adapt to the requirement of national economy development.
